I stayed in Hotel Europa Life for 3 nights. The hotel is 7 minutes walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof, and if it wasn't for my luggage I would have walked to the hotel instead of getting a Taxi. It is located on the Baseler Str, and it's right across the S- Bahn, which it can't get any better. The Main River is also 7-10 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. the Zeil Strasse is also nearby, some 20 minutes walking distance. The room I stayed in had a queen bed which was so comfortable. The bedding was fresh and clean. I wish the pillows were a little bigger but no concern that it needed to be brought up to the hotel staff. The room was a great size with a sofa in it, and the bathroom was excellent as well. A little fridge came in handy, and so did the coffee machine. The breakfast was included in the price, and I can only say, PERFECTION. There was a variety of everything and anything in there. The ladies were super friendly and the tried their BEST to accommodate any little request I had. Excellent customer service. The ladies' names are Nina, Vjeka and Anita!!! Also, the customer service desk/check-in and check-out processes were smooth, quick and headache free. I will give a special shoutout to Malhar who served me the very first night. Also, per request I received Iron and the ironing board within minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you, NINA, VJEKA, ANITA, and MALHAR!!!

Stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 nights in early April. We dropped off our bags on route to car hire return and when we got back to the hotel they had sent up our bags to our room. It is a family run hotel with very nice staff. Check in was very quick and Sunni gave all information given as to wifi and breakfast times etc. We were on the 7th floor and the room was large ( No.72 )with two TVs and a double and single bed, room controlled air con and a well lit and ventilated bathroom with a walk in shower with plenty of towels, hair dryer and good extractor fan. Hot water flowed within a few seconds of turning the taps. the room had 4 fully opening triple glazed windows which cut out the street noises very well. The mini bar fridge was quite at night and stocked with water and other mineral drinks free of charge. The room was very clean and made up every day. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread and croissants ,fruits and cold meats. you can have eggs cooked to order boiled, scrambled ,fried.. They have a selection of teas, coffee and juice. The hotel has a tram stop at the hotel for access to the rest of the city and the main train station is a 4 minute walk away. There is a small bar coffee room at reception area

Everything was perfect- location, staff, facilities and service. Location was very convenient for exploring other places as main train and bus stations were closed by 2-3 mins walking distance. Rooms were clean and had all the toiletries that we need (shampoo, shower gel, creams etc). There were also mini fridge with drinks provided on complimentary which was really nice and we enjoyed it (thank you). The kettle with tea and coffee sachets were also thoughtful especially during the winter time. It was all the small details that made our stay comfortable and wonderful, having sockets at bedside, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV and bathroom was clean. We appreciated how they cleaned and topped up everything in our room everyday. Service was excellent and staff in the reception, breakfast were all lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to stay for exploring Frankfurt as the most areas (romerberg) are in walking distance.

Great location if you are traveling by train or via Frankfurt Airport (airport reachable via train, takes about 10 minutes). 5 min walking distance from Frankfurt main station (exit South). Close to lots of small shops and restaurants, plenty of international food choices. I also walked to ZEIL (shopping area) and came back with a cab. I felt very safe in this hotel as a woman traveling alone, despite the reputation of the area. Room was modern, convenient, spotless clean with a new bathroom and comfy bed. I loved that minibar, breakfast and toiletries were included and staff were friendly folks. Keep a few coins ready to pay the tourist tax at checkout. Much better value for money than the expensive airport hotels, and one actually gets a glimpse of the city. Recommendation!
